Norah’s acrylic skin series is an exploratory study that investigates a conceptual world driven by rhythm, colour, and depth. At the same time, this series explores reusing materials to create new forms.

Each piece is created with a set of parameters. The acrylic skins are a by-product from the creation of her abstract paintings. The runoff paint from her abstract painting process collects in gunnels. Once it is dried and cured, the acrylic skin sculpture is constructed.
